fundamentals;
actual physical control;
4th, 5th, and 6th amendments of the constitution;
ex post facto; roadside exercises (field sobriety tests);
implied consent;
breath testing;
retrograde extrapolation;
ethics;
double jeopardy;
proximate cause;
priors; appeals; and
DMV.
