CAVEAT EMPTOR: Buyer Beware

Attorneys cannot specialize or call themselves specialists or experts unless they take certain tests, pay extra dues to the state bar, and meet other qualifications. Most attorneys do not specialize yet some wrongly use words like "expert" "specialist" "expertise" and "specialize." If you know an attorney that says they specialize in some area of law on their website, ask them straight out or come to The Jacks Law Group website and e-mail us.
